A hot summer at Brook Meadow Holiday Site with our Wild Spa

We have the most amazing ’hot summer’ planned for you with our Wild Spa at Brook Meadow Holiday Site.

We’ll have our traditional wood-fired sauna set up on a quiet side of the fishing lake, with two steel baths chilled to 14 degrees for you to cool off in during your session. Cycle through sessions in the heat of the sauna and the cold of the water to boost your mental and physical wellbeing through contrast therapy.

Your 60 minute session will leave you feeling euphoric yet calm.

What a perfect add on to your stay on this beautiful holiday site in North Northamptonshire.

Brook Meadow, The Wrongs Farm, Welford Road, Sibbertoft, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, LE16 9UJ

Your 60 minute wild spa session:

  • Sauna

Our sauna is in a beautiful, professionally converted horse box. Our wood-fired stove tends to heat the sauna to between 85 and 95 degrees celsius. Wood-fired heat is a nice gentle heat and it will instantly relax you and you’ll feel at ease.

Whatever the weather is doing, you’ll be able to enjoy the heat and the views over the lake.

  • Cold Plunge

We have two Urban Ice Tribe steel baths ready to cool you off after the heat of the sauna. They are chilled to approximately 14 degrees - in line with the latest research about cold water benefits.

The water is cleaned by a filter but does have chlorine in (to adhere to safety guidelines). If chlorine is an issue for you, we’ll also have fresh water in our watering cans which you can use as a cooling rustic shower.

  • Enjoy

Come for a session on your own, tag team with childcare duties, or bring your squad with you. Either way we’ll give you a warm welcome, guide you through your session, and help you leave feeling amazing.

Sauna is recommended for many mental and physical health benefits, so don’t worry about booking multiple sessions during your stay - we’d be delighted to welcome you back again and again!
