Hermitage Offices was our first permanent sauna and cold plunge venue.

It is just outside Market Harborough and we are currently in their red brick courtyard space with access to unit 1 for changing.

Their new Hermitage Works venue of bigger units, behind the existing setup, will be completed summer 2026. We will be moving to a field position in this new part of the site in summer 2026.

At our Market Harborough venue we have one of our horse box saunas, 2 chilled and filtered cold plunge baths and 1 ambient temperature plunge bath. We also have an indoor changing space, toilets, and complementary hot drinks.

Swim Six Hills is a haven for open water swimmers. It's situated north of Leicester, and to the west of Melton Mowbray.

It has drinking water grade clear water, and all their swim sessions are fully lifeguarded.

They have ample free parking, a cafe, showers, and changing facilities. They also welcome dogs on leads.

SInce April 2026, we have had one of our gorgeous cube saunas situated right on the waters edge on their deck. Sauna bookings here include a dip in the lake, not a swim session, but a private sauna dipping area just a couple of steps from the sauna door.

sessions are on Thursday evenings, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday daytimes.

Burton Farm is a beautiful location for year round open water swimming.

Swimming takes place on either their original swim lake - the Redwood lake, or their new addition, the Willow Lake. Since May 2026, we have had one of our spacious cube saunas right on the edge of the Willow Lake.

Burton Farm also offer doggy swim club, paddle boarding, and working dog training.

Their two swimming lakes are spring fed with excellent water quality. On the Willow Lake is a 400m loop to swim around an island with an average depth of 4-6ft.

A Willow Lake dip is included with your sauna booking. But, if you want to swim, you’ll need to book via the Burton Farm website:

We made Brook Meadow Holiday Site our home for the summer of 2025, and we’re back for summer 2026! The second May bank holiday weekend, and then July and August, will be full of sauna weekends, the cold plunge baths, and those gorgeous loungers. Plus, big news, swimming in the lake!!!!

Brook Meadow is just outside the village of Sibbertoft, North Northamptonshire, near to Market Harborough.

We’ll give the campers, glampers, and day visitors a gorgeous sauna and cold plunge experience, bathed in nature with lake views.

Sauna bookings include access to the cold plunge baths, not the lake. If you want to use the lake, that is bookable via the Brook Meadow website.

We run ad hoc pop-up sauna and cold plunge events at the beautiful Delapre Abbey in Northampton.

This is a great chance for anyone in Northampton to indulge in all the health and well-being benefits of a traditional wood-fired sauna.

Stoney Cove is a fantastic venue for year round open water swimming with its clear, safe water.

A former quarry, it's also the UK's national diving centre. So whilst you're on top of the water, there are divers beneath - what better way to make use of the water!

If you have booked a sauna then parking at Stoney Cove is free, just let them know at the gate that you have booked.

If you also want to swim/use the water, either before, after, or as part of your sauna session, you need to have booked a swimming session separately on the Stoney Cove website, and check-in at the gate on arrival so they know you will be on the water.

We're situated at the bottom of the main car park, past the main building and keep going towards Nemo's cafe. We're right next to Nemo's and the changing and toilet facilities.

DIVERS: Unfortunately, due to the increased potential risk of decompression illness, it is strongly advised that divers do not join us for a sauna on the days you are diving, before or after.

We only host sessions at Stoney Cove during the spring, autumn and winter seasons - NOT during the summer months.
