We’re Hiring!
At Wild Sauna Club we offer sauna experiences in the wild from our horse box conversions. The saunas are professionally converted to a high standard and have wood-fired stoves to heat them to around 80-90 degrees Celsius. We operate alongside some beautiful open water swimming lakes, and we are also developing a new venue just outside Market Harborough.
At our Market Harborough venue, we have cold plunge baths and a cold shower rather than swimming. This gives people access to contrast therapy in nature, which has many, many proven health and wellness benefits.
Sauna Hosts
We’re looking to build a team of fabulous self-employed Sauna Hosts, who can pick up ad hoc sauna shifts at our Market Harborough venue, as we grow and develop the offering.
Quick summary:
Sauna Hosts need to be:
Willing and able to work outdoors all day in all weathers
Able to work weekends and some evenings
Comfortable with lone working
A lover of sauna and cold plunge
Able to drive – shifts will mainly be at our Market Harborough venue off the A6, but there might be opportunities to cover sessions at our other venues
Happy talking to customers and guiding them through their sauna and cold plunge sessions
Cheery, chatty, and friendly
First-aid trained with a current Emergency First-Aid certificate
Location:
Mainly Wild Sauna Club at Hermitage Works - off the A6 just outside Market Harborough on the way to Desborough. Also, the possibility of picking up shifts at our pop-up venues.
Job type:
Sauna Hosts – ad hoc shifts offered. (This isn’t a job offering fixed regular hours to begin with, but it could develop into that as the business grows). Mainly Saturday and Sunday daytimes, some Fridays into early evening, some Thursday evenings.
Salary:
£15 per hour (self-employed) must be able to invoice monthly for your hours.
When:
From January onwards (once training has been provided).
