Wild Sauna Club Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Overview

Wild Sauna Club memberships are offered on a rolling 30-day basis, starting from the date of purchase.

Membership provides access to sauna sessions in line with the specific membership tier purchased.

2. Payment

Membership fees are charged in advance and will automatically renew every 30 days unless cancelled.

By purchasing a membership, you agree to recurring payments using your chosen payment method.

3. Cancellation

Memberships can be cancelled at any time.

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current 30-day billing period.

  • No partial refunds will be given for unused time.

4. Booking & Usage

  • All sessions must be booked in advance via the Wild Sauna Club booking system.

  • Membership benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the named member.

  • Sessions are subject to availability.

5. Fair Use

Memberships are intended for personal use only.

Wild Sauna Club reserves the right to review usage and restrict access if bookings are deemed excessive, abusive, or unfair to other members.

6. Health & Safety

By attending sessions, members confirm they:

  • Are fit and well to use sauna and cold water facilities

  • They agree to the Wild Sauna Club waiver

  • Will follow all safety guidance provided

  • Understand that use of sauna and cold plunge is at their own risk

Wild Sauna Club reserves the right to refuse entry where there are safety concerns.

7. Changes to Membership

Wild Sauna Club reserves the right to:

  • Amend membership pricing

  • Adjust session availability or benefits

  • Update these terms where necessary

Reasonable notice will be provided where possible.

8. Missed Sessions

Missed or unused sessions cannot be carried forward or refunded unless otherwise stated.

Sessions cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy will put that session back into the members account.

9. Suspension or Termination

Wild Sauna Club may suspend or terminate a membership if:

  • Terms are breached

  • Behaviour is unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive

No refund will be provided in such cases.

10. Liability

Wild Sauna Club will not be held responsible for:

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings

  • Injuries sustained where guidance has not been followed

Nothing in these terms overrides the venue waiver.
