Book your hot seat at Hermitage Offices, Market Harborough
Hermitage Works will be our permanent home, but until it’s ready we are holding regular weekly sauna and cold plunge sessions in the Hermitage Offices courtyard. It’s a lovely space with red brick barns, and olive trees on green spaces. We have one of our sauna trailers and 2 chilled and filtered cold plunge baths, plus 1 ambient cold plunge bath. There is also an outdoor cold water hose shower for rinsing before using the baths.
You’ll have access to an indoor, communal changing space and toilet, and there will be a self-serve hot drink area. There’s plenty of free parking, and it’s just a few minutes outside Market Harborough, off the A6, on the road to Desborough.
Sessions for can be booked as individual spaces in a communal session, or you can book a private session where you get the whole sauna for a discounted rate for up to 7 of you (this isn’t private venue booking, but you will have the whole sauna to yourselves). There’s also package options available for a discount on 3, 5 or 10 sessions - use them for yourself, or for a group booking.
Minimum age of participation is 13. Anyone under 16 needs to be accompanied by a participating adult in the sauna and cold plunge at all times.
