Book your hot seat at Brook Meadow Holiday Site

We’re delighted to be back at Brook Meadow Holiday Site for the 2026 season, after an amazing summer of 2025.

Again, we will have one of our sauna trailers and 2 chilled and filtered cold plunge baths. There will also be the exciting addition of swimming sessions in the lake - bookable separately!

Your sauna booking includes access to the sauna and cold plunge baths only - book lake access via the Brook Meadow website. If you book a swim session, we advise you do your main swim before or after your 60 minute sauna session, then you’ll also be able to use the lake between cycles in the sauna, or you can use the cold plunge baths.

Sessions for can be booked as individual spaces in a communal session, or you can book a private session where you get the whole sauna for a discounted rate for up to 7 of you.

You’ll have access to the Fishing Lodge with showers and toilets.

Minimum age of participation is 14. Anyone under 16 needs to be accompanied by an adult in the sauna and cold plunge at all times.
